N.B.: It’s simple, I absolutely love people. For me, every person is special. During each shooting it is very important to create comfortable conditions for the model (client), to give him / her an opportunity to escape from everyday worries , and in general from the entire world outside the set. It is also important during the shooting time to have time to instill in a person some confidence in them, in their beauty. Because beauty - it comes from within us, and important not only the poses, where, of course, I always help, but also the internal state.
M.D.: Wow! So it turns out to be psychology ?!
N.B.: Yes, every photographer working with people should be at least a little bit of a psychologist. We must be able to feel people, be able to be those to whom they trust, and with whom they will reveal themselves in a new way.
M.D.: Do you think that education affects the photographer? Or, if a person is talented, then he does not need to study, but just shoot?
N.B.: A true professional must always learn! Every day I try to learn something new. Photography is a kind of art that is continuously connected with fashion. There are new trends, new technologies, and a lot more. In addition, working with people, you have to learn more to understand them better, in order to give them exactly what they needed. Namely, she attended an art studio, in which she often took part in various competitions in drawing and painting, which later gave its result. She is valued for her professional approach by customers from different parts of the country. But on this Vladlena did not stop. The next step was the deepening into the world of photography. Sometimes to reveal yourself as a photographer, you need to go beyond the lens. This is what the girl used, successfully implementing herself as a model. In September 2017 she was invited to participate in the All-Russian beauty contest «You are unique» in Magnitogorsk, where she learned to defile correctly on the podium, because before that she did not attend model schools. At the contest, she becomes the best in the category «Miss Grace». She still continues to express, her thoughts, feelings and inner state, both on a sheet of paper, and in the camera.

She always had a special vision of the surrounding world, soon this talent developed into a creative profession, where she embodies her ideas in reality. We are all about the well-known architect-designer Ksenia Shalnova and at the same time the owner of the АРХplan architectural studio. But in life, the girl prefers a completely different approach - she is easily involved into a new experience, without fear of failure, without a clear plan and actions - just goes and tries.
Ed.: Ksenia, how did you come up with the idea to open your own architectural studio? Why did you choose this direction?
K.Sh.: The idea of own studio has appeared for a long time. I always dreamed of giving beauty to people, improving their lives, because everyone deserves to live in the space that will be his continuation and addition. A home is a place where you feel protected, where you can relax and regain strength, where you always want to return. In general, design is a creative and interesting sphere that you never know what you will face. Unconventional people, fantastic ideas, crazy projects - it’s never boring here.
Ed.: Are there any favorite projects ?
K.Sh.: There are projects non-standard, atypical. Favorite are all. Projects are the same as children: first an idea is born, some time it takes to take it out, think about, breathe life into it, then project is born, sometimes it’s very difficult. And after that it gets its realization and pleases of the client.

Anna, in the true sense of the word, creates Beauty, making people attractive and charming, hiding shortcomings and emphasizing virtues. A professional make-up artist and brow-master has gained the trust of clients, popularity and recognition in the beauty industry. Ed.: Lilia, tell us about the main principles in your life. What are you engaged in except your family?
L.D.: I consider it important to develop myself as a person in different spheres of life, especially since now it is easier than ever. To be happy is to be in harmony with yourself. Do not do something that does not bring pleasure. I always had a lot of things that were interesting to me, I easily light up with something new, and much was fond of. The most basic thing at the moment is: dancing, namely, pole dance and strip-plastic. I would like in the future to turn this hobby into a professional activity, maybe to open a dance school.
Ed.: And now, we would like to know how you have to make the impossible: to be a wife, and at the same time develop yourself? What is your secret of success?
L.D.: In fact, I do not have much of what I wanted to do (laughs). I know that I can do more, I’m learning to be more productive and effective, to harmoniously balance between family, work and myself. «Divide and conquer» is about me, I try to plan, perform tasks one by one, and when it is obvious that I do not have time, I delegate the task. In my rhythm there are practically no rigid frames, everything is flexible and in pleasure, and this is perhaps the main thing.

Everyone’s life is amazing and unpredictable. Sometimes it is impossible to imagine what surprises should be expected from fate, where the road of life leads and what waits for the next turn. Our heroine comes from the remote town of Udachny, near the north pole, and could not think that one day one of the most incredible megalopolises of the world - Dubai will be her new home. And knowledge of English will become an important factor in choosing a profession and on the path of life. After being an interpreter, the girl met her husband, and later she opened her translation agency. Because of the move, the office had to close, but the business continues to exist online. The roots of the mysterious adventures of Alexandra lead us to a mysterious country - Saudi Arabia, where the girl had to learn the strict laws and culture of this people, and the scarf and abaya (traditional Arabic dress) became an ordinary wearing. Moving to the neighboring state of the UAE prepared for Alexandra a new life and new changes. Motherhood opened up other opportunities and talents for her. The girl realized that she was interested in doing style and helping women change, because not everyone is given a sense of style from birth. For 7 years she has been living in the Middle East, working as a personal stylist and has her own business. Helping others in search of themselves, she does not forget about personal victories. In 2017, Alexandra became the owner of the title of Mrs. Dubai Globe 2017, and in December she took part in the international beauty contest Mrs. Globe, where she won the title of «Media’s Choice» and became the semifinalist of the contest, having entered the top of the most beautiful married women of the world. Participation in the competition inspired her to create her reality show on youtube. The project is called My Pageant Story - the story of participation in the beauty contest, where the heroine shares her training and other things. We sincerely believe that this is not Alexandra’s last victory, and the girl will certainly please 
in the future with new achievements.

Happiness is the key to women’s power. This feeling is worth a lot, but the most important is the internal energy that controls all desires. Our heroine Valentina believes that this is a normal state for any person. That’s why the girl seems to shine from within, reflecting only a smile on her face. The reason for this was strong ties, a loved one nearby, children’s laughter and the work of her life.Valentina is the winner of the transformation project and beauty contest Reloaded 2017, and in the past she was the co-trainer of the program «Reproshivka», created by Dmitry Khara specifically to help people make this condition permanent. But being sincere with herself, she was not afraid to change the line of activity and devote time to an absolutely different direction - dancing. «When I’m on the dance floor, everything disappears, and there is only breathing, movement, life. To create a new choreography is my favorite thing! My dream is to create a dance performance that will convey this idea and change people’s lives. Making the world a happier place».

Her acquaintance with the model world began at the young age. Perfect external data and charm were appreciated by the scout of the well-known model agency, which simply persuaded the girl to try herself in this area. To Elena’s great surprise, the process really impressed her. An excellent result did not take long to wait, after which the numeral offers from designers and photographers came down. In addition, the girl has repeatedly appeared on television screens. On her account she took part in the TV projects «Rules of the Day», «Sweet date». I am an enthusiastic person and would be happy to participate in interesting projects and shootings. I like to be different and show my skills and knowledge. But at the moment I do not define model business as the main goal of my life.

After the contest, I felt the strength for new victories! And of course in my plans there is participation in other competitions, as well as in fashion shows and in interesting photo projects! I would like to go through another course on make-up and hairstyles.

Olga, how did you end up in the modeling business? In addition to the main work as a choreographer, I was looking for additional work in this field. Vladislav Slavinskaya phoned me on the announcement and said she needs a choreographer in the modeling agency, we met, talked and I began to teach in MA IB-models choreography ... Then I started teaching and the basics of the defile - this I learned from Vladislav Slavinskaya, thank her for excellent lessons. Vladislav considered the model potential in me and offered to take part in Krasnoe Podmoskovie in 2017, from which I could not refuse, because always dreamed of attending such a beauty contest. And the dream came true! But I did not expect that I would win this contest, and I'll borrow the most important title of the Beauty of the Moscow Region in 2017 !!! I'm insanely happy with my victory! And also I'm happy for my daughter-daughter, she also took part in this beauty contest, and in her age category became the 1st Vice Miss Krasna Podmoskovya 2017! Only now I'm starting a career model, and I'll work on myself and reach the top in this area.

Is there a well-known models Your idol? Each model has its own peculiarity, its own individuality, so being like someone is not the best option. I think you have to be yourself and show your best qualities and personality, then the model will be different from other models and will be popular. Your main goal in the field of modeling. For me in the modeling business, now, everything is just beginning, this is a new field of activity and I will make every effort to be the best, to be in demand model - I think this is the main goal!

I believe that a professional model should have such qualities as being purposeful (without it anywhere), neat, ambitious, punctual and enjoying your work.

In 2017, the competition was held at a very high level and we did not even expect ourselves to do everything well.

Yes, these are new connections and new interesting projects for models allow us to reach such a level and, of course, this is the professionalism of my team.
