Ekaterina Beldei is an aspiring opera singer and has won prizes in several international competitions. At the age of 26 she has already performed such roles as Susanna and Countess in Mozart’s “Le nozze di Figaro”, Despina in also Mozart’s “Così fan tutte”, Clorinda in Rossini’s “La Cenerentola” and many others. She has sung in several European theatres (in Germany, Italy and Austria). Last summer she sang in the world premiere of Scott Joiner’s modern opera “The Bridesmaids” in Vienna. Not only does she love her art, but she lives through it! She dreams of an opera career particularly in her Motherland and regularly participates in concerts in different venues of Saint-Petersburg.

Ekaterina has experience in modelling and stage management. She also has other talents, for example she is fluent in Italian and English, and is currently studying German and French. “Success usually comes to those who are too busy to look for it...”
