In a new interview, Kondakova Olga talks about her great activities, in the literal sense of the word. The girl successfully produces young talents, diligently engaged in public relations of establishments, defiles in a strict business suit - and then dress up in chic clothes for a party. Such an impressive «to do list» our heroine made for herself not accidentally. By own example, trying to show how beautiful girls can be in different roles. «I like to say yes, because this is the way to experiments and new opportunities! - Olga shares with the editorial staff. Time flies so fast. Therefore, I try to fill life with events and emotions, try myself in different direction»!
Q.M.: Olga, tell us about what do you do and devote your time to?
O.K.: In my 26 I already have not a small amount of experience in various fields, from modeling to PR, organization of beauty contests and producing. I think that not every girl can afford to make such a «modest» statement about herself. But for me these are not empty words, every day I persistently argue, first of all to myself, that I am really professional and high-quality in carrying out everything that I have laid on my shoulders (laughs).
Q.M.: Tell us more details how you moved to the other side of the podium, so to say, from the models to the organizers?
O.K.: When you pass a certain stage, as it was in my modeling career, I always want something more. I went through more than one casting myself, became the face of numerous brands, the winner of beauty contests and entered the Top 100 of the most beautiful girls in Russia, according to Maxim magazine (2015). And at one point, realized that I am ready to appear on the other side of the stage.
Q.M.: How did you feel when the first Beauty Contest «Miss Moscow Beauty» that you held a couple of years ago was crowned with success?
O.K.: When I saw the result of my work, I realized that I wanted to do just that. There was a lot said about the contest in numerous media for a long period. After all, to see the talent of the participants is half of the deal, but the main task is to reveal the potential. So, I gradually came to the next stage in my career - producing and even opened my own model agency OKey models.
Q.M.: Aren’t you afraid of the fact that someone’s fate is in your hands?
O.K.: Frankly, I did not come to this right away. Producing is quite a serious activity, and one must really understand that there are a lot of talents. But to be able to make a diamond from a stone is not a simple task.
Q.M.: What is the next goal which you set yourself?
O.K.: Pursuing the PR of prestigious clubs and restaurants of the capital, I bring institutions to the top ten. And of course I already managed to catch myself thinking that I would like to open my restaurant with a club theme in the near future.
Q.M.: What place in your life is self-development?
O.K.: The old proverb immediately came to my mind: «Live, learn»! Self-development of a person is an integral part of our life, because life is given to us so that we reach a new, better quality of life. Self-development, self-improvement is the conscious management of the personality itself, the process of personal growth, which must be organically built into our everyday affairs. It is one of the main components of our life. Every day brings us new knowledge! If you take into account any of my employment, then each of them requires certain knowledge and a huge amount of information.
Q.M.: We can only imagine how busy you are. And what is the main motivation for you, what awakens in the morning?
O.K.: For me, the motivation is to work for people. If I can somehow make at least one person happy, then all not in vain. I’m an optimist to the core. Even when everything is very bad, I tell myself that I need to work. I never gave up, I always believed in myself and that everything would be all right. It cannot be otherwise.
Q.M.: If it were possible to return the past to change something what would you change? How do you see your future?
O.K.: If I could go back in time, I would change nothing at all. Because everything that happened - both bad and good - was happening for something. Certainly, like any girl I see myself in a family where there are children, where my parents are alive and well, where my husband is happy. And, despite the fact that I look like a careerist, - the family is the most important for me. And, of course, I see myself as a person who is doing what she likes. It is difficult to predict what MORE business will enthrall me (laughs), but I see myself as a happy woman, and this is the main thing!
Q.M.: And finally, the ideal woman, who is she for you?
O.K.: We are all not perfect, no matter how we aspire to this. Therefore, do not create yourself idols, be yourself - this is uniqueness.
