M.D.: Nina, you have a great experience as a fitness trainer, and most importantly, you are really a qualified specialist and have managed to develop a unique training program. Tell us more about its effectiveness, as well as how to find time to play sports in the modern rhythm of life?
N.F.: Once I faced this problem personally - not the desire to attend a gym, the reason for that - the lack of diversity. In the long search I found a way out for myself, and all thanks to the training at the Academy of Physical Culture. It was the place, where I discovered short-term training, which became the basis of my system.
M.D.: What are the advantages of your unique program
of short-term effective training?
N.F.: The most important advantage is that there is no possibility of «stagnation»! Such trainings are usually diverse, which, in turn, plays only to the benefit of your body. From personal experience I can confirm that such trainings are more effective and fruitful, and the results when combined with proper nutrition will not take long to wait!
