M.D.: Hello, tell us about yourself, what has become such a «grain» for the beginning of your variety career? Who gave you the first steps in this area?

Sh.: Hello, I come from the small town of Slavutich. From the very childhood I visited all possible courses and went to contests and festivals. It is quite possible, because city is small. I danced, drew, studied acting, went to the piano school of arts, went to additional school lessons, organized holidays and even was a deputy of the city youth council. In high school I entered the Lyceum of the Humanities Department. And of course vocals - it became the meaning of life. Over time, I decided that the knowledge of creativity that was given in our city was not enough for me. Every weekend for 2 years I went to Chernigov for vocal classes, acting and to the gym.

M.D.: What about friends? Did your parents support this idea?

Sh.: I missed the birthdays of friends and relatives, various other holidays, chose to go for a walk or better to work out. Then I already knew that I need to make prioritize. My parents always supported me, no matter how hard it was, financially and morally. But they were the biggest critics. Each performance they shot on video, and we came and discussed for 2 hours where something is wrong. I used to be very upset, but now I’m very grateful for that.

M.D.: What was it like to move to Kiev, with what difficulties have you faced?

Sh.: Kiev is a noisy city, a different rhythm of life, long distances, from which it appears that you spend almost half a day on roads. And, of course, the most difficult was to take adult decisions although I was an independent child. A month after the move, I called my mom in tears and said that I just want to hug her. I came across, probably all the difficulties which arrivals have.

M.D.: Your first song is going to be released soon, tell a little about it? What do you expect from its release?

Sh.: The song is called «Star Instagram». The author was Nikita Lomakin, and the sound produces was Vladislav Darwin. Now every girl, no worse than Sherlock, search for the social network of her boyfriend. And sometimes it’s not in vain. Here’s a little teaser for my song. In general, be true, trust each other and love. This song will be the beginning of the artist «Shelby», after it we will understand how people react to my art and me, whether it works or maybe something need to be changed ..

M.D.: Do you think it is relevant for our young people? Do you plan to make a video?

Sh.: The song is relevant with the theme and of course dance music, which is now very much in demand. We do not plan a clip yet. We will do the lyric and prepare another track, and we’ll see then.

M.D.: How are you planning to surprise and what are your goals?

Sh.: I will be myself and I hope people like it. Nowadays, people have seen everything that can be seen and to surprise almost impossible. It seems to me to cause surprise sincerity, and an attempt to be myself. Now my goal is to hit the song to the play lists of the youth of today, and of course it would be nice to get on the radio, but I think with the first song - it will be difficult. I do not expect that everyone will love me at once, I’m sharing what I like, what I adore , what I’m real, and I hope others will like it. I love the scene, this unreal power, drive.
