Under the image of a modern artist, we often mean a young girl, like a London dandy, leading a free lifestyle. They are usually «married» to their creativity, and there are various images and chaos in their head. Olga Baehler, in spite of her true creative nature, radically breaks the stereotypes and ideas about women artists. She regularly presents her works at different exhibitions in Switzerland and at home in Russia, leading an active creative activity.

Olga since childhood was a subtle nature, she remembers the time, as being very small, she created incredible figures with plasticine. Children, who lived in the neighborhood, could not believe their eyes that such a subtle work was performed by her. The child’s hobby was not just a passing fad. And today behind the shoulders of an experienced master is a huge creative baggage - 7 years, dedicated to modeling clay of Russian folklore. Her works can be found in the leading art museums of her native city, and the prize places only once again confirmed the talent of the master. But by the will of fate, the creative career of the artist was not so easy and immediate. Olga gave the main positions to moving to Switzerland and marriage.

But the life of the artist has not faded since that time, because four beautiful children make it brighter. They are as creative as their mother. Visiting exhibitions and family outings became commonplace for the family, and the eldest daughter followed in the footsteps, and already made her debut together with the famous artist. 

The works of the younger children also were presented in the gallery «A-Z» from Oleg Radin, an avant-garde artist, a collector of antiquities, a public figure, the owner of the gallery and now Olga’s close friend, whose acquaintance happened very suddenly, but with time only became stronger.

Many works that could be seen at exhibitions belong to the children of a talented artist. Sofia, Olga’s daughter (mentioned earlier), in her own way shows her special vision of the world. The girl is perfectly able to convey her thoughts and emotions with the help of a brush. Olga’s very first exhibition was on the subject of birds, where the artist embodied her emotions and experiences in the form of birds. During its creation, the girl experienced an uneasy period in her life, the colors only helped the artist to open her soul and free herself from emotions, because she loved to paint her whole life, but she could not connect her destiny with art. The master was able to cope with all personal experiences, leaving a beautiful memory in the form of paintings. The artist herself speaks about this with ease, because the barriers are already behind: Probably everyone has a “black” line in life, and then a breakthrough into something bright. I got the «Swan on black water». In addition, I really wanted to show all this on birds and a whole series of such paintings came out: «Tenderness», «Game of Birds».

«Initially, person is one before God, with him there is no one. I wanted to show the emotional experiences of a person when he repents before God, reveals the soul. One of my paintings, where a person falls into a kind of cobweb can be rotated at different angles. And this is symbolic. A web is a mapping of networks. Internet network, a living network. A person can get into a network of love relationships. It’s complicated, someone lives in these networks all his life».
